STAY WAS A NIGHTMARE
They do not inform you that there is not enough parking . We parked in an unmarked spot , not blocking anything , and
We were towed , $350 and an Uber ride . Manager still has not returned my calls . We were there a month ago . When he did respond the first time I called he told me there was a shuttle that drives around the parking lot if you have to park
Far away and there are
Plenty of spaces . He was definitely confused there was no shuttle and no parking . Had just had knee surgery and was forced to walk a significant distance . Tow truck company told me that no one called to have. It towed . They have an agreement with the condo company to
Drive through and tow who they want to .
The sofa was so dirty you could not sit on it . The entire sofa had a huge stain on it , they were old and worn . No WiFi So I was forced to leave to work . They told
me it was “weather related” and all WiFi was down in the area . My coworkers had WiFi . Not sure what weather they were referring to . Refused to give any sort of
Refund until I informed them
I was contacting my
Credit card company . They grudgingly Refunded cleaning fee . Stay away , unless you don’t need to park on the property and don’t mind staying in filth .
