10/10 Exceptional

Nice and helpfull staff
Michael, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

The employees are really friendly and super helpful and in the weeks we’ve been here haven’t made it a point to knock on our door everyday or every other day. It’s nice
Marlene, 7-night trip

Unfortunealty the hotel was under staffed and very dirty. However the staff was doing there best to take care of things. Ultimately the stay was ok
Casey, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

This property is disgusting. We did not have any other choice as all rooms in town were sold out. We ended up going and buying pillows and blankets so we could sleep on something clean.
David, 1-night trip

Stay if you’re desperate

We needed a place to stay & this place filled that need. But I wouldn’t rush back to stay there, or recommend anyone else do so either. I wouldn’t walk in the carpet without shoes or sandals on; the carpet in the room & hallway is gross.
Kelli, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

The room was okay all though the shower didn't work
Carrie, 3-night trip

8/10 Very good

This is a discount hotel. We normally stay at Hilton properties but the prices in Missoula were crazy high so we tried this property. We were satisfied for the price. The room was relatively clean and the staff was great. Our second night we had a bunch of noisy guys in the hallway, even knocking on our door which was a bummer but that's not necessarily the hotel's fault, just sort of bad luck.

You have to be destitute to stay

There wasn't an office, I had to ask someone where the office was. It was in the the Super 8 next door. I checked in, looked at the room, gave them back the room keys and drove home. This place has no redeeming qualities. I know the bedding hasn't been changed for a long time.

Our room was disgusting! Dirty towel was left in the bathroom, room smelled, carpet stained and dirty. Sheets and bath towels had stains and discolored.
Susanne, 1-night trip

The floor was a sticky, nasty mess. There was weird brown gunk on the walls. Squares of loose carpet covered a significant stain on the floor. I kept hearing the sound of neighbors on the other side and the whole place smelled like a college dorm. Never coming back here again.
Tanner, 1-night trip

Customer service at check in was friendly and good however assigned room was dirty when checking in. Reported the dirty room then was shown 6 other rooms to try to find one that would work and all six were either dirty or had extremely bad pet or smoking odors. Seventh room was last option but also neglected of necessary maintenance and dirty including bathroom again. It was so bad my daughter begged me to sleep in the car. We will never return.

Horrible

Staff was not helpful and extrememly rude. Had to wait almost 20 min to get checked in while no one was at the counter or was not attending the counter. Then attendant had to make sure that they had a clean room.

This was by far the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Our room smelled so strongly of cat urine, we contemplated sleeping in the car. The bedding and floor were highly stained and the carpet almost felt wet. There was garbage from the previous person, sunflower seeds spit all over the entertainment center and no liner in the trash can but a giant wad of hair and gum. The only good thing about this hotel was the lovely man working the counter who checked us in.
Kathryn, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

The first room I was sent to had not been cleaned it had dirty towels on the bathroom floor and the bed did not look made. The second room was slightly better but it had stained floors but then I looked at the beds and they had human stains on the bedspread it was disgusting
Denise, 1-night trip

Worst travel experience ever

The hotel charged me an extra $1,035.00 on the credit card with out notifying us. When we called about the charge the hotel wont call us back.

Worst Nightmare Ever!

Dirty room, unpleasant smell, arrogant staff just a horrible horrible place to stay for a week and I hope this will save the next person from wasting their money! Also your safety and security is compromised by no locks on doors entering building!! NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!!!
Melody, 7-night trip

2/10 Poor

Very poor service with unsympathetic staff

Arrived at 1:45 pm was told the rooms were not cleaned yet, came back at 3:00 pm no clean rooms came back at 3:30 still no clean rooms so I asked to cancel. was told there may be a fee for canceling on the same day, I asked how that could be when they had no clean rooms available and we came from Eureka and were tired and needed to rest. We are in our 70's and this was inexcusable..

Chris, 7-night trip

2/10 Poor

It smells, room was not clean. A man had shaved and hair was all over sink and counter top. Mold all over the bathroom sealing. Carpet so dirty. I’m lucky I had an inhaler with me. I woke up feeling sick because of the air in that room. Town was all booked up and no other rooms left. Staff was nice and gave some off but I have to go through another party because the way I booked.
Brenda, 1-night trip

Room was dirty, bathroom was not clean. Was not worth the money they get for the room.
Andrew, 7-night trip

6/10 Good

Was convient for last minute stay.
Leah, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

This hotel should be shut down. Either they weren't ready for a large amount of people coming this weekend or they didn't care bc even the "better" room we got was filthy.
Leslie, 2-night trip

Typical super 8 style hotel. Worn out and run down. Had a late check in, which might I add the staff was great. After seeing the condition of the room I didn't want to stay, but because it was a late check in I couldn't get a refund, which I understand that part of it. So we had to stay or eat our money. We slept in our clothes . Rooms are dirty. I mean staff tries to clean them but strains all over in the carpet, stains on the bedspread. Kinda nasty really. Owners should take a bit more pride in their investment.
Jason, 1-night trip

There were stains everywhere- glad we didn’t have to showers while we were hear cause the shower was yucky. There was trash under the bed and slightly dirty sheets that were quite uncomfortable.
