Great for partying not for relaxing.
We ended up leaving and losing our money. We drove 2 hours back home late at night. Someone was smoking weed on our floor and it was coming under our door.

Roach Resort-Beware!
Upon check in, the lady was very nice and professional. Check in was speedy. The first bad sign was the condition of the elevators. The floors are peeling up. Getting off the elevator in the 16th floor you are immediately hit with the smell of marijuana. Also not appealing. We find our room and head in. It looks nothing like the photos online. While the room was very spacious, it was very dark and just didn't give beach vibes. We got settled in a bit and ordered some food. While going into the restroom to wash my hands, I noticed 3 baby roaches crawling in the shower. I turned on the shower to run them down the drain and didn't immediately lose it. Things happen. I didnt want to make a big deal about it at that point. We ate our dinner when it arrived and we didn't see any more bug activity. We throughly checked the bed and sheets, but felt comfortable enough to go to bed. Waking up and heading into the living room the next morning there were 2 larger roaches crawling on the wall that my husband killed after hearing me screaming in terror. At that point I started packing our things as we were not going to finish our stay there for 2 more nights. While packing, another roach runs across the floor near the kitchenette. We stopped by the front desk to alert them we were checking out early due to the room being infested with German roaches. Neither of the ladies seemed surprised at the announcement. Both were apologetic and said I needed to reach out to Hotels.com for a refund.

Comfortable room, Amazing view.
We liked it a lot. Beds were comfortable, room was clean, view of the ocean was absolutely amazing. Yes, we saw a bug in the room. Yes, there were maintenance issues. Yes, the garage has a bunch of jacks. But they looked stable. Bugs are an ongoing battle. Maintenance is hard in salty sea air because everything starts deteriorating as soon as it is replaced. I would stay here again- a good value.

This Hotel is being renovated outside now. The common areas are dirty and dated. At 4 pm check in only 1 person working the desk. Took 35 minutes to get our keys. Also got hit with an unexpected 11.00 parking fee per night. The balcony door lock was missing and the safe didn’t work.

Front Desk was nice and friendly, housekeeping is horrible out sheets were dirty, nasty, sticky, front desk Gave me more sheets and towels. Parking is horrible 1 way in and out and it's. Pictures are deceiving unfortunately all the other places were sold out so this was our last option.

Hotel is outdated needs care bathrooms in lobby are in bad condition I guess the status of the guests also leaves a lot to think while checking in people was jumping in front with no regard During our stay there was no house keeping and they gave us a piece of paper stating that if there was trash let in the room we will be charged extra so add that there was no house keeping we have to take out our own trash

Room was dirty! Staff was rude! Sheets on bed hasn’t been changed. Lock was broken on door refused to switch rooms sent maintenance to change lock on door. Patio door lock was broken as well. I will not recommend this place to anyone. There were people complaining and going back to the desk the entire time I was there. Giving people the same room and they going in while it was occupied! This place is horrible!

The beach dock is completely new, the shower is there, not all of them work. There is a strong smell of marijuana in the surroundings, and in the garage the people use it to smoke at will. In others the place is fine because of its cost with an impressive view of the sea front balcony’s.
