There are two elevators. One was down on arrival, the other is sketchy at best. My husband is wheelchair bound. We came in for an NFL game. When we returned from the game, the elevator was down. We were told a repair man was on the way, with no idea of how long the repairs would take. There was no way for him to get back into our room. We decided to drive home three hours. I had to climb six flights of stairs to get our belongings and drag it back down six flights. We requested a refund, they did give us back one night. A family I was speaking to during breakfast said there was a mouse in their room, they were given a mouse trap at the front desk. As far as breakfast, very little variety, and the worst eggs I’ve ever had. As far as the accessibility of the room, it was very large, the bathroom was huge. However, the room was not overly accessible for someone in a wheelchair.
