Excellent customer srrvice. The staff is very good, from the front desk to housekeeping, the kitchen staff to the shuttle drivers, could not ask for more polite, friendly and overall courteous service. The entire ecperience was just great and I will definately be back. The property is clean and quite pretty, especially in the back by the restsurant, its quite nice especially in the evenings. t The rooms are nice and spacious, if I have one suggestion for management regarging the rooms, it is to somehow get some vents in the bathrooms, aside from that it was all good.

BEST VALUE ON THE ISLAND
The hotel has been recently redone and it is the best value on the island in my opinion. The rooms are nice and big, beds are comfortable. The staff was super nice and they have a free shuttle that will take you to Caymana Bay at any time so super convenient. I never had to wait more than 5 minutes for the shuttle. Then they have a restaurant by the pool that is open at night called Ms. Pipers and the bartenders are AWESOME, the food was fantastic! It's an older propertly, but it was perfect for me on a business trip to the island. I met several other business people there and it was a third of the price of all the other hotels.

The shower doesn’t have a door. Water went everywhere. The air conditioner was broken and had to be replaced while I was checking into my room. The unit could not be adjusted or controlled on the unit or by the room controls. The staff was excellent providing me rides and pick up wherever I needed to go. Walls are thin and I could hear the people across the hall late in the evening.

Friendly staff, very clean, and convenient to shops and along Seven Mile Beach. Breakfast was excellent: eggs, bacon, sausage, plantains, waffles, plus bagels, cereal, or toast as options. I also loved the pool/outdoor lounge area. The only con was the lack of much usable beach. There was only a small area, and the terrain was a bit rocky. However, there were several public beaches to choose from within a short driving distance. Overall, it was a wonderful stay. I’d stay there again.
