Safe. Clean. Convenient.
We made a quick trip for the Sugar Bowl. It was a great location in relation to the Superdome. A little confusing to get to but most of the roads in that area are uncommon. I’d stay there again. Clean. Safe. Convenient.

Hotel is nice, but the people not so much!
Check in was fast and easy. Front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. Our biggest complaint is that the person/persons were having arguments causing a disturbance in the room next to us and the hallway from 3am to 4am. A male subject was bang and kicking the doors. We had to call the front desk a few times. We were not able to get any sleep. We were at a point to check out and go to another hotel. But eventually it calmed down.

This was by far the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. I walked barefoot from the bedroom to the shower and my feet were black. Hallways looked like they haven't been vacuumed or cleaned in maybe 3 years. the elevator had a dirty walk off mat covering the dirty carpet underneath. I complained to Wyndam corporate and got a standard "sorry things were not up to par but we hope you will try us again". Really? No accountability? Nothing!

I needed a hotel in this area the weekend Taylor Swift was in town. Ramada took advantage of the demand by raising its price to over $450 per night. My room was large and clean, but everything was very, very dated and staff was not friendly.
