Well deserving of a 5 star rating. This hotel is very conveniently situated opposite the Company Gardens, for a morning stroll and access to the Natural History Museum. The (club) room was spacious and very comfortable with high quality furnuishings. All of the staff were professional, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was expansive and the main restaurant/menu/food and presentation were first class.I did not use the gym or pool. Highly recommended.

The hotel staff (too many to name individually) were absolutely phenomenal and made us feel so comfortable, welcome and truly like a home away from home. Our room was slightly dated but in excellent condition and clean. No ask from the hotel staff was too big an ask and they kept our baby well fed for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I would definitely stay here again as it was a beyond comfortable experience and allowed us to feel very relaxed.
