Not a great experience
Once we got to the hotel, we went to our room, everything was fine until we got into our room. Every time we get to a hotel we check the bed and make sure it’s clean. The right of the bed there was red Cheetos on the floor along with other trash. And the pillows had red Cheeto marks from someone hand. We went and got our room changed, our new room was ok to start. Once we left the room the elevator alarms were going off so we couldn’t use the elevator. Which wasn’t convenient since they moved us from the 2nd to the 11th floor. We were told the bar inside the hotel was open until 12 midnight. We got back and they closed at 9. The website even says 12. Then we took our showers and there was no water pressure at all. There was only scorching hot water. So we couldn’t shower. We are not picky people whatsoever. And my husband travels a lot for work so we stay at a lot of hotels and this was a bad experience. You could even see dirty mop water splashes on the bathroom door. With it being a Hilton we were very happy to stay there but it was not the best experience. We had to pay extra $18 for both of us for a breakfast that at any other hotel it would be complimentary, it was all hard as a rock, it got charged to the room. The last thing is that the parking was $20 a night to park in the Hilton parking. It was very unexpected for all these things to happens
