Staff friendly but incompetent
There was a lot of rain and our room flooded. When we told the staff all they said was “yours too”. No offer to mop it up or give us a different room. Location was good and the room was clean.

Rom was fine, service was not great. Would no book
Receptionist did the bare minimum and failed to check if someone was doing maintenance, which they were. I had all my stuff ready to check in and then the room wasn't ready. It was past 6pm. I re-packed my stuff in my car and went to dinner and they placed me in another room. I called and asked where I should park so I can be close to my room since I had been on a 15 hour drive that day. The receptionist with color hair said your room will be closest to the reception desk. So I park next to it after dinner. Same thing, I took all my stuff with me since I was ready to go to sleep. He gave me a room at the end on the opposite side of reception desk. The last room. Which pissed me off since I called to avoid this exact scenario. This place is a Motel not a hotel.

Was scrupulously clean. Anna was helpful with ideas for comfort and stayed a bit overtime so I could have a burger and fries. Our beds were comfortable and supportive. Overall, the room was dark and I had to move the one desk light around to see what I was doing and for any reading. Deadbolt was broken. Bathroom and towels were clean and the shower and tub worked well. The lighted hi-tech mirror over sink didn’t work. Glad we were registered for only one night.

While this is an older building, the amenities in the room are upgraded. The bath tub is extra deep, the bathroom mirror is upgraded and the wall mounted tv is very large. The lighting was also nice. Would stay again.

The rooms have been updated and are comfortable, but the housekeeping staff was cleaning rooms after 11 o’clock at night- it was noisy and distracting when we were trying to sleep. They had Netflix 😁

Pendleton has so much more to offer than just the roundup. You’ve gotta check out the underground tour. Oh and you haven’t lived until you check out the chocolate shop on Main Street.

Our last stay was so nice we extended. I believe we end up extending for almost a week. Very new, they’re remodeling, posh rooms in old downtown hotel. Clean, comfortable, right in down town. Love being able to spend the day or evening walking around and enjoying everything Pendleton has to offer. You have to take the underground tour if you come here. Amazing! The property management very helpful and friendly. Even the ones working to remodel the hotel were friendly and nice to chat with. Highly recommend this hotel if you’re in the Pendleton area!

Walked in and was surprised at how posh the room was. Older building in town but very modern upscale room. They are remodeling the hotel, new owners it sounds like. The room was very clean. Deep bathtubs added to the posh feeling. Comfortable beds. A bit firm for me, but my daughter loved them! Would definitely stay again!!
