Room price is on the high end with all basic amenties. Breakfast is included but pretty mediocre - vegetarian options i guess cause no meat at all. Parking is $42ish which the info didnt displayed until closer time to check in - hotel doesn't provide free parking for their guests . When receiving our car, the valet priver smoke weed/weed vape so our car was filled with the smell. We have to roll fown window for the entire cold day to let the air out.

Don’t Book
We travel to the area regularly and thought we would try this hotel. We had a number of issues throughout our stay. First of all, the only parking available is valet for $40 per night. When trying to get your car parked or out of parking, it is an extremely long process, as there are usually only two workers. The best part, though, as we experienced, is that said workers seem to be at times smoking weed IN THE CARS. We picked up our car after a 20 minute wait and got in, only to be overpowered by the smell of weed in the car. I called to the front desk to let them know, as I assumed they wouldn’t want those workers to continue to be parking people’s cars. Two hours later, when we returned, the same two workers were still parking the cars, and one of them smelled of weed as soon as you got close to him. Also had a phone charger taken from our room. Breakfast was a disaster with barely room to walk around the area and never enough plates, cups, or silverware. There is ONE 2-slot toaster for all of the guests to share. We chose this hotel for the free breakfast and only used it the first two mornings. It wasn’t worth using it. Walls are very thin. We were next to a hearing impaired room where the occupants played Latin sermons throughout the night at high volume, impacting our ability to sleep. The second night it happened the front desk clerk did come up and ask them to turn it down, which lasted for about two hours and then began again. Customer service was awful.

Unkempt
I was not provided any necessary info on this hotels' norms. I was notbtold you have tobask for housekeeping in advance and wheb I did request in advance, they did not show up without anothe request. Additionally, the room was not cleaned after previous guests, as items were left in room. Additionally, didnt know we had to specifically ask forbtrash to be taken out. People leaving the trash and wet towels in the hall floor leaves a bad taste.

Enjoyed Our Stay at The Element
Our first time staying at The Element and enjoyed our 3-night stay and would definitely plan to come back when in the Nashville area again. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was perfect including a small kitchenette. The pool area Conveniently located just down the hall from our room and we enjoyed sitting out there. Very relaxing! A huge shoutout to Jeremy who drove us in the complementary hotel shuttle! He always took the time to take us anywhere nearby we wanted to go and would suggest areas of interest during our stay. The breakfast included with your stay was always very good and appreciated! Highly recommend The Element!

As a former corporate travel agent I would recommend this hitel for a business travel however not so much for the family travelers. I really liked the decor of the hotel as well as the cleanliness even though my room had a few scuff marks on the walls .The bed was comfortable. The only things I did not like was you can only valet the car as you would perhaps do in Vegas and if your with family it may not be a good idea to keep waiting around for your if you just needed to grab something .I believe this was a big flaw whoever constructed that idea. Also the breakfast is more for the business type rather than the family stay.My son does not like eggs so the options were very limited and the coffee was extremely weak and terrible. It was like adding coffee to water.I loved the area reminded me of Austin Tx.Staff was friendly.

We stopped at Element after booking on Expedia on our way back from New Mexico. Check-in was super quick and the 2nd shift clerk was so friendly & helpful (he was also impeccably dressed)! The hotel is very dog friendly and doesn't charge an insane amount extra either. The courtyard in One City Center was very cool too - it had a large green grass area for dogs. The queen studio was great - very clean and the little kitchen had everything we needed. Valet was easy and not unreasonable. They also had no issue with a late check out. Will definitely stay again!

We loved the neighborhood! The room and hotel interior are modern. I wish they made the bed everyday. We didn't ask or call for them to come everyday. but it would be nice when we come back to the room that it was tidied up.
