Filthy stay
We requested a room with ocean view at booking. When we went up to the assigned room it was not an ocean view. We returned to the desk and a different employee told us it would be an extra 150 plus tax for ocean views. She also said at one point it might have “sold out” as we stood there. We rushed and agreed and paid. The suite that we “upgraded” to was filthy. The room looked like it had not been wiped down in months. The furniture was so run down and worn. The view that she promised was just a partial ocean view. Because we had already wasted so much time we did not complain. I would not return. This is not what we paid for. I spent 650 for one night in a filthy one bedroom suite.
