Highly Recommended for a first class visit to Hue
We loved our stay at Silk Path Grand Hue. All of the staff are cheerful, and provide first rate service. Every interaction is a pleasure. The front desk, the bellhop, baggage service, restaurant servers and chefs, spa front desk and services. The interactions are always appropriate and heartfelt. The hotel grounds are immaculately well kept and architecturally beautiful. The food in the restaurant was excellent as well. The location was perfect for us, a 10 minute taxi ride to the Imperial Palace, and the Walking Street with the vibrant nightlife. I would not hesitate to stay here again, and recommend it highly.

I like almost everything about the property: nice location, beautiful decor, professional staffs. However, these are the 2 main things that quite disappointed me: 1/ The staff asked me to put my deposit in cash. I had to ask them twice to accept my credit card. I traveled to many places with my travel credit card and had no issues with this even very small gift stores accepted and of course without any fee. I believe SPG is a quite luxury hotel, this can’t be any issue and they had to ask the guest to do deposit in cash. 2/ There is no iron in the room and the laundry cost is pretty high while this has become something very basic at many hotels.
