You can do better.
Upon checking in, I asked about A/C, as this is a standard for me, and one of the reasons I booked with Belle epoque. I was assured A/C was working, but after an hour, I was informed no. This is a problem, I explained, and the reason I booked here. I was told an excuse offered fans, and brushed off. The last day of the stay I was told A/C was now working, and if I wanted fans. I told them I wanted fans at the beginning of my stay and they seemed confused as to why they had not been delivered to my room. I was also. Perhaps sleeping in a noisy, hot room for 2 days was not a pleasurable experience for guests, I informed them.

Belle oh belle
This was my second stay during my two week stay in Greece, I loved this Hotel. Would definitely stay here again. Everyone was so helpful and I was able to check out late and store my luggage there. I added photos that I screenshot from a video that I took from my second visit to the Belle Epoque Suites so excuse the blurry pictures. 10/10

Charming little French Hotel
My Belle Epoque Suites stay was lovely, I loved this old class French Hotel. The elevator was old and charming and I loved it. The hotel was central located and was walking distance from all the restaurants and activities I had marked in my Google maps. The receptionist were nothing but helpful and so kind, she called another hotel for me that I was checking into.

This was a great last stop for us in Athens. The hotel is extremely clean, we loved the vibe and all of the updated features, and the surrounding area was filled with tons of places to eat, drink, and shop. Value was great too. Loved that I was able to check in off hrs. I was not worried about staying out. They left a key for me at the front desk when I came in. No hidden fees or extra charges except what is mentioned. Very central great location to walk to destinations metro accessible. Breakfast was very basic but we didn’t even have time to sit in the morning so they would give us a bag the night before Boil egg , sandwich, fruit.

Enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend it
Enjoyed our stay at Belle Epoque suites with my 3 kids in one room. It was spacious, clean, modern. The hotel is well situated not far from Ermou street where we wanted to shop. We appreciated the fact that the hotel has an elevator that came in handy to bring up the many luggages we had (we tend to overpack!!!)
