Green Bay stay
Checkin was great. Staff was welcoming. However, there was a lot of children playing around the entrance doors and running up and down the hallway. And, unfortunately I found 2 syringes in the bathroom when I went to take a shower. It was from a towel that had not been used/changed from previous guests. The staff offered a refund but where we booked thru Hotel.com they couldn’t refund. Can we get refund/credit thru Hotel.com? I have attached pics.
