No service for the room of you don’t ASK!!!
There is a button in the room to call for room to be serviced. When I got back to the room it had not been serviced and when I called the front desk said I had needed to call to request service ( why have the button!!!) And at checkin they didn’t ask if I wanted or didn’t want service. This is absolutely unacceptable. Part of staying in a hotel room is having your bed made and fresh towels! They need to change this policy asap which honestly feels like a deceptive way for them to have less staffing needs. I feel like I should get my money back. Moved to the Cosmopolitan today thanks to this ridiculousness.

Union issues
They are in the middle of a union dispute with the food workers and no restaurants were open and I was verbally harassed by the picketers. Horrible stay would not go back anytime soon.

We had to go back to the front desk to get a king size bedroom. The front desk agent should have asked us if we were alright with 2 queens. Then all night long some picketers were using a megaphone screaming non stop. They were still there when we left in the morning. We had a very bad night sleep
