Overcharged with little response to correct
We had booked four rooms for ourselves and three other couples that were all boarding a cruise the following day. In Saturday the 7th we all met up in the lobby to check in and start our vacation. On our return, we had been billed for six rooms, then credited for one. This leaves five rooms charged??? It is now the 22nd and still no response from the front desk (who couldn’t figure it out and asked to call us back in 30 minutes, a week ago) or by billing who also said they would respond within 48 hours, four days ago. I wouldn’t think it would be that hard. There were four charges on the 10th and one on the 8th. There were only four rooms (209,309,409&601) for one night (7th of December). We will be disputing the charge on our credit card. It’s concerning in the fact that even after pointing out an extra night’s charge, they still can’t or won’t figure it out.

Checkin was pleasant bit that was about it. The room was small. There was no room for the roll out desk and the desk chair was very uncomfortable. The ac was noisy making a good night sleep challenging. We arrived for breakfast 30 minutes before closing and very little was available. No additional breakfast items were brought out and the closed sign was placed early.

Tru hotel stay
I was a little surprised at the room being so sparsely furnished. There was actually an echo in the room.. there was no coffee maker, no microwave, no closet and no extra chair so you can sit down relax and read a book or whatever. It was disappointing because the room was just as the girl called it a minimalist hotel. I guess I just wasn’t used to it. I like to have a cup of coffee when I wake up in the morning I don’t want to go downstairs to get one. The room was extremely clean and bright, but it lacked the necessary comforts of home.
