Nice hotel and is clean. Pool is in the middle of a carpeted ares which is odd. The rooms are spacious however there’s only one elevator toward the front of the building and its a pretty long walk to the back rooms

Go figure 🤔.....
Room smelled like cigarette 🚬 smoke. It was'nt a real strong odor but I noticed it. I spoke to the front desk agent (about it).
Housekeeping was notified. I did not know i could open the window (in the room). The window being open helped.

The staff was nice and the hot tub was great! We unfortunately were woken up at 9am by kids jumping up and down and stomping above us! Then we had a maintenance guy check if there was a leak right after that.. not very relaxing. Plus it was my birthday. Would appreciate a partial refund!

We are not happy in our stay. We booked for a king size bed and we were given a double queen bed. Oh by the way we were given a king bed bedroom with no windows looking outside and there room is next to the elevator. It feels like a cave! My husband and I feel like we are treated unfairly because our booking was made through 3rd party and not through the hotel directly. On top of that we were given a wrong key and we have to walk back to the reception without given an apology it’s like it’s our mistake that our key was not working. I am not coming back to this hotel again. I hope Hotels.com will work out with good system and process with the hotels you servicing that guest will be treated fairly and the same as the guest that book directly to the hotel.
