The room wasn’t very clean, ceiling I bathroom was bubbled up and peeling from water leak, water dripping from light in shower, bed was made sloppy. Bottoms sheet didn’t even go to the end of the bed. Smell pot I. The hallway and was supposed to be nonsmoking floor.

I thought the M&M I found in my made up bed an interesting and kind of gross welcome treat. It left a person asking how and why this would be abandoned in my newly made bad. The 10 minutes it took for the hot water to reach the shower made for a longer than wanted view of my 68 year old body in the mirror. I paid for a king deluxe, but as far as I could tell that only gave me the guarantee that I would get a non smoking king room and a better view of the asphalt parking lot. Also, the flyer that warned me what I’d be charged if I snuck away with the thread bare linens was a little off putting and tacky. Finally, paying an extra 47 per night for the honor of self parking and gambling in their casino was a little over the top. We liked the pool and hot tub.

Awful! No hot water for a shower. Wasted entire day moving rooms . Apparently had a boiler issue. Gie the supervisor tried to be as helpful as possible but overall our trip was wasted and we missed the whole point of our trip due to hotel issues.

Memories on my 60th Birthday
It was a nice adventure for my birthday to Lake Tahoe to see the lake again and snow as well heading there and back home. We loved the nature setting for the pool and hot tub area. A little surprised the elevator wasn't working.

Family trip after a year. We love this hotel the rooms were bigger than others hotels i stayed before.the pool excellent my two little boys enjoyed. But the most place we loved is the restaurant we have our breakfast at there the personal stuff were so friendly. They really know how customers service work.! Food were delicious too. Overall i give to this hotel 💯. Not too crowded. You can relax specially when you travel with little ones.

Very easy check-in and friendly staff. Upgraded to the Tahoe Suite and the views were amazing! Close to casinos and Heavenly shopping area, so lots to do and plenty of food and drink options within walking distance.

Very unhappy customer 😕
It was very smoky. I stayed on the 11th floor and it still smelt smoky. People at the cashiers desk were rude. The waitresses on the gambling floor were rude and unattentatvie. Saying they qould be right back then walking right by you the next time. When they did finally bring me my beverage I still gave them a tip. In the room the drawers would not stay closed causing a tripping hazard. I used the Valet parking, when getting into my vehicle someone had torn off my phone holder and later I found that they stole my phone charger as well.

Disappointing
The hotel looks nice from the outside and the lobby was nice, but I did not sleep in the lobby. Many deficits in this hotel. First, there was terrible heating in the room. The room was either too hot or too cold and nothing in-between. Second, the shower had cold water coming out of it each morning for the first 15 minutes and then finally the hot water kicked in. I had to waste water every morning to get the temperature from cold to hot. Third, there was no room service and limited restaurants to choose from. Fourth, valet would move my vehicle around the parking lot multiple times in a 24 hour period and I could not figure why they did that. Fifth, the room doors were very loud when the door went from an open position to a locked closed position. The good things are the people I spoke to were generally nice and helpful when I asked them a question. The area seemed safe and I was not concerned about my well being when walking at night.
