The room was clean. The linens were clean and fresh. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The place was quiet. All the appliances and fixtures worked. I have stayed at this Baymont several times and I've always been satisfied.

Oreo under the bed.
Me and my family reserved 2 rooms last night and we regret it. It was shocking how dirty it was, especially the bathroom, it was very rusty and the toilet seat was about to even fall off . Right when walking into the room had a bad smell to it. My wife found a Oreo under the bed!! There was no vents not even in the bathroom. And the other room was the same plus the sink didn’t work. The thing that especially annoyed us was the breakfast. After a long road trip, we woke up to get breakfast early and their “hot breakfast” was coffee and waffles. The waffle mix looked homemade and dirty. We payed $170 for both rooms for just a night stay and even if we get our money back we will not be visiting again due to the disappointment. If I could give less stars than 1 I would. It’s extremely dirty.

Room was ok for the night. But for a fairly empty hotel they put is in a room with the ice maker behind our bed wall and we had to listen to it all night! Customer comfort is not their priority. Won’t stay there again

Weekend Family Trip
The room was sorta small but it was clean. The pool for this hotel is in a closed in area of the hotel but the closed in area is not heated, only the pool itself is heated so you can still swim whenever. The staff is alright. We’d stay again if we really needed to.

Our stay was fine for a night. We got in really late after a ballgame. The area is less than desirable. The neighboring hotel seemed incredibly sketchy. Car alarms through the night. It was fine for what we needed. Clean. In a pinch, it'll do :)

Great place, has potential to be better
Ive stayed here twice now due to travel work, and have had to deal with a room infested with beetles each time especially when the heat is turned up as well as issues with electrical wiring and a tv or remote that doesn’t work properly. I tend to have to have long stays due to travel work but with this being one of the best deals for me I was hoping for more comfort but am met with great staff service but lack of nice amenities. I recommend upgrading remotes at least and Please look into having pest control service your rooms as I had to get rid of between 5-7 flying beetles within the room each night I have stayed. Upgrade WiFi distance to back of hotel as well.

Please Avoid If Possible
I received a text around an hour or so before check in that there would be a $200 fee for "local" guests that would be given back at check out. We are not local, but had very old local IDs. We are from another state and had nowhere else to go, so we had no choice but to pay this. When we first got there, the gentleman at the front was very uninviting and took a long time to check us in. He didn't tell us where to go so when we tried to go upstairs to figure it out ourselves, he yelled up at us and told us to go back down and around the stairs, as if we were supposed to know where we were. We found a roach in the bathroom and then one in the fridge, which ruined every bit of food we just filled it up with the night before. We advised of the roaches and he rudely told me he'd have somebody fumigate the room. He called my room soon after and moved us to the next room over, which also had bugs. Upon trying to leave, he accused us of smoking in the room and refused to give back the $200 cash deposit they forced us to pay, which was supposed to be used to get us all the way back home. He screamed at and over us, which I captured on video, and called the cops on us.

Grab this hotel on our way in to town for the weekend. The staff was very attentive, nice and helpful. Enjoyed the continental breakfast and use the pool with the kids before we left the next day. Would definitely stay at this hotel again on our way through town.

Not happy
First off the guy that was checking me in was not nice at all. Very rude. Then we find the room go in the room go to bathroom and right there in front of me was a live cockroach. Called the guy at the desk and all he could say was therewas 5 people ahead of me so he didnt have time. Never heard from him again.
