Beautiful, higher end hotel. Rooms were spacious and clean. Getting an adjoining room for our two seventeen year olds was simple to do via the app. The breakfast was amazing and well worth the price. 5 The food in the downstairs restaurant was pricey but very good. The staff were helpful. English was spoken. We really enjoyed our stay.

I was staying at the hotel and also presenting at an event held at the hotel. The hotel is pleasant and the location is great. However what sets this hotel apart is the staff. Absolutely everyone was amazing. Special mention to the waiting staff, Spa reception and check in.

When I'm in Berlin, I always stay at this wonderful Hilton on Gendarmenmarkt. The staff are responsive and helpful, our room had a gorgeous view, and the pool and sauna area are such a wonderful relief after a long day of sightseeing. I also want to highlight the staff for finding an item I left behind and promptly mailing it back to me. Thanks to Hassan in housekeeping!
