Don’t waste your money
We booked the suite to accommodate our family and when we checked in, it smelled very heavily of smoke. At first we were told they would give us febreeze but then asking to speak to someone else, we were offered to move to two adjoining rooms, however they weren’t clean, one was missing amenities like shampoo and soap, and the beds were uncomfortable.
The front door to enter the hotel doesn’t work so guests have to slide it open and closed and it gets stuck and is heavy. It snowed one day/night and nobody had shoveled the sidewalks or plowed the parking lot. It was not fun walking in snow carrying luggage and children. The staff wasn’t seen except when we waited to check in.
Breakfast was decent with waffles, cereal, oatmeal and juice.
Note the pool is outdoors and there is no hot tub so it’s shut down. And the gym is hardly a gym.
