Check in was great. We had a last minute need for a ground floor due to a wheelchair and the front desk clerk was more than accommodating. Be aware, you will be paying to park on the non-gated grounds, which is around $20 a day. Not sure why we would need to pay to park our car when we are occupying a room on the grounds. The room was clean, nicely spaced to fit our family of 7. We were in need of extra towels throughout our 5 day stay and never received more, except when we walked up to the housekeeping staff ourselves. The furniture is outdated, but the hotel is conveniently located near shopping, grocery stores, gas stations, etc. we enjoyed the stay for the price. Great outdoor space with a pool, smoking area, hammock, restrooms, and sitting area.
