Disgusting Druggy Room
This has been the worst experience of my life. Horrible area... filthy nasty stank... Smelled of marijuana n scum... Dirty nasty hot tub, dirty floors, dirty toilet... Was traveling solo, waiting for the weather to clear to get home... Had a friend pick me up from an hour away?And we finally made it out of the snow belt... Tried for a refund as I left before three thirty Pm. Refuses, and claims manager is never in to accept. Refund. It's funny. I cannot click on the photo option to include pictures of the room.

The room was dirty. When I turned the water on in the tub, ash came out of the drain. The water was luke warm at 6pm. The tub faucet does not turn all the way off and ran all night long. There were no light bulbs in the wall sconces. The power outlets near the bed do not work. There are holes in the wall. The dirtiness makes the property feel unsafe.

Just absolutely horrible..
The room smelled like smoke and we were in the non smoking room.. asked to change rooms when we got there because my wife and son had asthma.. they offered air fresheners.. when I went down to get them they were gone.. so I went to Walmart and bought Lysol.. for how much I paid for this room it should have been a lot better.. which is kinda funny because the houses near this place looks really nice..

Very disappointed in dirty, moldy room.
The bed was fairly comfortable, but the bathroom was filthy and had black mold in the tub, sink and toilet. We could not shower and used the bathroom as little as possible. We have stayed at this property several times before and had a clean economical room, but this room was bad and we would not stay in it ever again.

Serviceable but has Potential
It was an okay experience. The elevator was filthy and the hallway going into the lobby had a strange smell. Reception Desk was excellent though and were very understanding and helpful. The beds were questionable, and i switched to a makeshift floor bed after i found a bed bug. I can't recommend based off the cleanliness but if they did that it's a 4.5 experience.
