Great Stay and Staff
This is a great location for people doing business in the Westshore area of Tampa. Very safe and clean. It is in view of the airport, and plenty of restaurants in the area. The beds are extremely comfortable.

Nice location. We picked this hotel to stay pre cruise because they were the only place with a hot tub around the area that was not an exuberant price. The beds were comfy, the staff was friendly. The only issue we had was that they advertise free airport transfers but the last shuttle is at 10pm

Overall good but pool/hot tub need work
Overall, it's a great hotel for the cost. The hot tub and pool need some major work. The hot tub is not hot, 85-90 degrees at best and has either eroding concrete in the bottom or someone has thrown small rocks in the bottom. The pool says heated but definitely isn’t.

Terrible, walked out and canceled my reservation.
Terrible we went to our designated room. The hallways are old, not maintained well, old worn dirty hall carpets. Room was moldy smelling, windows wet with condensation. Floors buckling and warped. Complained had room moved it wasn’t much nicer so wound up cancelling and leaving hotel to book at the ocean club treasure island hotel instead and was happy I did so. I refused to have my family stay at this location it was not up to cleanliness standards.
