Value for the money
I would have given five stars in terms of value for money but my room was next to a staircase and I could hear people going up and down. For the most part my stay was really nice. I only stayed one day before catching a flight home. I’d recommend this hotel and I’d definitely stay again.

There were additional costs that were not advertised. For example sunbeds are 10€ per hed for half a day, unless the premium room was booked. The gym was 8€ per person per day, wlThe location was very good. Easy access to the station, lots of shops near by.

We spent about six nights here. Looking back, I would book another hotel. This hotel had a nice view but it’s quite far from the center of Athens and about 40 minutes from the port. For all of our tours, they wouldn’t pick us up/ drop off like Everyone else because we were too far out of The way. Thus we had to take taxis everywhere even for tours which adds up and is annoying after a long tour to have to deal with. It’s also 8$ a day per person to go to the gym and 10$ for a day bed per person. All of these added expenses are frusterating given that you are paying for a high class hotel and spending a lot to stay. It was feusteratinb that that wasn’t clear in the booking info and it seems kind of cheap for a supposed luxury hotel. I feel like that’s should be advertised because I would have picked another given that. Additionally, the bathrooms are small and the shower sprays water all over the floor. The breakfast was also very chaotic and stressful. None of the coffee machines worked well and they sprayed milk everywhere. If these are not issues for you, it is an okay hotel. These were just frustrating points for me and my family and thus I would stay somewhere else. The service is great, the restaurant has great views and the Cleanliness was good.

The room is clean. However one of the front desk ladies ignored me, and instead, she speaks to the guest behind me, who are white. The only reason I can think of she ignoring me is because I'm not white. Disappointed stay even I have VIP access. You have to pay extra to use their gym.

I stayed one night...so I guess they put you in a dingy room. The bath tub was something from the 18oo"" I suppose and needs to be replaced! the carpet had stains the gave of unpleasant energy. The staff was excellent. Thanks.
