I didn’t feel there was good value for the price. I specifically chose this airport hotel for the airport shuttle and the on site restaurant access and those were both a fail. I felt it was quite expensive and then our room lacked a shower curtain and only had two towels though the room was reserved for 4. Housekeeping did bring them when we called. The bed was reasonably comfortable. The room temperature was truly set at 92 degrees so not eco friendly as it was churning heat for however long before we arrived and the room never cooled down for us to sleep well. The restaurant was very pricey for very mediocre food. The airport shuttle was running late—I guess they couldn’t have anticipated high demand but maybe should have run two shuttles in the holiday season so we ended up paying more to Uber. The warm cookie was a nice touch though.

The worse
Room was dirty with stains all over the bed frames, the carpet was dirty the walls and the doors were awfully painted badly and my wife left her hair flat iron box in the bathroom with the flat iron supplies inside the box and they threw the box away or they cleaning people stole it, we are very disappointed, dissatisfied and displeased with double tree, will never stay again in this place

The reception was cold and unwelcoming, the calls to the reception are unanswered, there was continuous noise from a car alarm and we tried calling the reception but no one picked the call, last evening at 10.30 the bar & restaurant mentioned they are closed though we saw many customers being served, overall unsatisfied

Good food dirty pool
Picture is from day 2 pool is better than day 1 but still not clear water. Pool area is beautiful! Main lobby was nice. Customer check in was not exactly quick and easy. The food and bar hit the spot! Dinner was delicious as was the breakfast. Drinks at the bar get top marks. Rooms did not blow us away but they did the job. So I had requested to pay cash when I made the reservation and I was told no problem! When I get to the hotel I was told I can’t pay cash. I hate cards and only use them when forced. Also the pool was dirty and you couldn’t see the bottom of the pool because of the condition of the water. Sadly only a 3 star stay. Food was great! Gladly eat at this hotel again.
