The property seemed like it has been renovated. The room was very spacious. The tub was a jetted tub. I was not a fan of the creaking beds. The beds were comfortable just made a lot of noise.

We got to park our car right in front of our door which was the highlight of all of our hotel experiences for this trip. Rooms were nice. Looked updated. Keurig machine was a little dirty. Had to run water through to clean it first. Small check in room, limited front desk it looked like. No breakfast or coffee.

Worst stay ever .noise coming from the wall all night. I called at 11pm for noise coming from wall . They made it stop for 1 hour . called front desk at 5 am no answer . Noise started back up at 2 am . NO SLEEP

Cozy room at a great location

Room was very clean and nice. Desk chair a bit run down in appearance. Bed was comfortable but had metal kickplate around bed frame so kept banging with my toe. Motel is near road so can hear a loud vehicle once in awhile but our room was far enough away so we didn’t mind. Only negative really was the shower, faucet was very tight and fastened loosely to wall. Also hot water ran out quickly so one of us had to take a cold shower. Great location! We would stay again.

Staff was friendly, room looked clean but it had a very strong mold smell and I slept with the windows open and the heater on all night long. It just needs a little remodel otherwise everything else was fine. It was sold out and I was only here the one night so I didn’t complain to staff. The smelled bad when we walked in and asked if there was something that could be done and they were full. We went and got deodorizer. The worst part was a lamp did not work. We noticed it was unplugged and I plugged it in and it worked. The lamp had a plugin and when my wife plugged in her phone charger she got shocked, we immediately unplugged the lamp. In the morning I tried to talk with someone at the property and nobody was in the lobby or answered the phone. I would not recommend this property due to very poor customer services.

Did just what we needed, clean room, clean towels. Nice location right by the harbor, walking distance to restaurants, and coffee shops. There’s a bike/walking trail just behind which made a good way to get to the local park.

We had an emergency and needed to change to day affter and wanter to charge me 364. More. Sometimes things happen but to take and keep your money. I went through the app and called hotel to explain the situation and that person didn't had give a poop

No refrigerator. Shower didn’t work well. Attendant was quite helpful with making accommodations for the lack of fridge. Nice accents like they had lotion, which was surprising. Basics (shower, refrigerator, weird room smell, and inaccurate thermostat that’s colder than stated) are lacking.
