Checkout was earlier than advertised on this website, but I was able to get a late checkout. The airport shuttle stops running at 11pm, so be prepared to take a Uber if you miss it. The hotel room and cookies at check in were a great way to end a day of traveling solo with a toddler and unexpected delays. The lights were already on in the room when I first entered and I was a little concerned about that; I wasn’t sure if housecleaning forgot to turn them off after they had gone through… or if the room was already occupied. Luckily, nothing was in the room.

The room was freezing. I had to unclog the drain because it wasnt draining in the shower. No mini fridge was a complete down side. The bed was comfy. But for the price. It was really outdated.

In my opinion, not up to Hilton expectations
There must have been a party in the room as there were many sequins scattered around. The bathroom door did not open all the way, it scraped the floor. Lamp had receptacles but only one bulb. We hen I reported these things as I checked out, I got the impression staff didn’t care.

Pretty good experience overall, gym and basketball court probably helps it score highly. I did get woken up early by maid at least 3 hours before check out who didn’t speak a word of English and couldn’t make use of shuttle as runs every 30 mins but other than that, not bad. Front desk on check-in were nice, could have done a better job holding delivery driver accountable for checking room number on app opposed to leaving at front desk tho, nothing really in vicinity if arriving after 10pm.

Throw your money away.
it was disgustingly filthy the furniture was old and stained up had marks all over it the door was busted not even safe had a huge crack that you could see out into the hallway the floors had pubic hair on them and it was the presidential suite. I wouldn't let my dog stay there. Total rip off. Plus they were supposed to have an executive suite when I ask about it they told me it was out of service what a joke!

Bed sheets had a huge old blood stain on them, there were hangers thrown on the floor, the bathroom was moldy in the shower. I don’t think the room had been cleaned at all. The Lobby presentation is beautiful, the actual room floor is extremely outdated.
