Sucky hotel can cancelation policy.
I am very disappointed in my hotel stay. I lost my $250 because I had 2 deaths in my family and the hotel was not willing to make an exception to the policy. I have other hotels that accommodated my request and there no death in the family.

Extremely Disappointed
Heat was not working properly. Had guy at front desk come into our room (which was freezing). He shut off unit and reset the breaker plugged into outlet. He had to do this a couple of times to get the heat to work. The following day I woke up to an 1" bug crawling in my bed. I told the front desk I wanted new sheets, pillow cases and blanket on the bed. Returned to the room later and saw the same linens on the bed. Also, the next 3 days, still had difficulty with the heat. On Sat., we were out of the room at 8 AM, returned at 7PM and room wasn't cleaned. Went to the front desk and they said "you have to request cleaning". Asked where is this written for me to see and the guy at the front desk searched and couldn't find anything in writing. The heater and exhaust was extremely loud, the over-flow in the bath was broken & when the shower was on, water also poured out from the faucet. I believe that I should be reimbursed for many of the days we stayed in this extremely deficient hotel!!!!!

Our first and last time there
First room the fridge didn't work. Moved to another room. The second room heater clearly inaccurate...set at 72 degrees and felt like 110 degrees. Turned heater to 58 degrees and it was comfortable. Told front desk when we left. Ran out of hot food at breakfast our 2nd day, 2 yogurts, a few pieces of bread, no plates, food and mess on counters and employee was sitting at counter on their phone. I went to front desk and asked about hot foid and plates etc and then we saw employee get up and go to kitchen door etc and start stocking supplies etc. We left and ate elsewhere...so much for breakfast included. We didn't even bother our 3rd day. Pictures online are deceiving. Pool is more like a puddle. Hallways/stairs need carpet fixed. No elevator either....Wish I would have know.

Fantastic location
Location in a great area, had a fantastic restaurant nearby; gas station; access to other outlet stores. I enjoyed my stay and will stay here if in the area again. Room clean, bed comfy, staff very friendly and plenty of hot water.

Great property very clean. The pillows sucks and the mattresses are hard making it hard to get a good night sleep. The front desk people are not very friendly and the breakfast is nice but need to keep up on refilling things.

The stay was very good for price but check out is 11, you have do not disturb on the door, but housekeeping knocks at 8 and again at 9 anyway. Please respect that guest have until 11 to check out , and they like yo relax for a bit in the morning without being disturbed. A bit rude
