Great Hotel with amazing employees. So helpful...
My handicapped mother lost power to her house. She needed a place to stay because she needed electricity for her breathing treatments. I live over an hour away and was trying to find a last minute hotel that was handicapped accessible for my brother to take her to (And stay with her). I called around and - even though they didn't have a walk-in shower, the lady at the desk offered their tub room and would bring a shower chair in. She was so helpful and kind and understood our predicament. Her name was Khytyearra and she was so kind. Helped me get my mom and brother situated with a nice room. My mom and brother both said that the hotel was really nice and the breakfast was good.

The sheet and pillows had blood spots I paid for breakfast and they still charged me. Sent a complaint and got someone to call ne she was rude and said since I wasn’t a Hilton rewards member and I used hotels.com. There was nothing she could do about it. I took pictures and sent them to them. Also we checked in at 10 o’clock. The restaurant was closed already. There was no place to get food. And the woman who checked us in was extremely rude and every time I ask a question she was put out. The bathroom ceiling wasn’t finished.

Not great. Nothing wrong with the service but the place is in need of a serious overhaul / complete refitting. Smells old, carpets worn, tap in bathroom dripping, a/c was full blast cold air no matter what setting was applied. Just old, worn, sad.
