Room Occupied/No Service Needed’ sign on the door
The rooms were somewhat dated, but that wasn’t an issue as they were clean. My biggest concern was the complete disregard for the ‘Room Occupied/No Service Needed’ sign on the door. Despite the sign being clearly displayed, the maid attempted to enter the room daily. I brought this to management’s attention, and they attributed it to a communication failure. However, the issue was not resolved during my stay. I hope they address it moving forward

This place is horrible. Really horrible. Front desk people are really not smart at all. The rooms are dated and honestly you don’t feel safe here. Room reeked of weed. Worst shower ever. Zero water pressure and no hand held. The layout of the entering and exiting is absurd. Security is a joke. Terrible place.

We stayed on the 10 floor and had beautiful views. The room was labeled as nonsmoking but smelled like smoke upon arrival. The desk was willing to move our room. Trying to return the door cards back to the front desk was a disaster from building G. We had to exit then drive down the street and enter back into the front entrance.

Worst place ever
I tried to check in with my conformation number in hand, and they couldn't find my reservation. The lady helping us was very rude and not helpful at all. The whole time she was on the phone trying to see if their data department could find our reservation, she was laughing by whatever the person on the other line was saying, like it was a big joke. Then then I showed her my bank that I already paid, she basically told me I had to make a new reservation at a higher price and figure out how to get my money back. The manager never came out to try to fix the situation. Then I called where I booked through and they spoke to the manager and they would not honor my reservation and told them the same thing I would have to book another room at the higher price.

We didn’t get to use any amenities but looked around quickly, playground was closed, pool area was nice and heated, arcade was nice, front desk staff were friendly. We did ask front desk for more towels and still never received after asking a 2nd time. Grounds were well taken care of other then gum spots on stairs. Not the properties fault though that some humans have no respect.
