Great location, but noisy
Best location in the city! Safe and walkable area near restaurants, bars, and attractions. Great service too!
The building is historic and beautiful, but unfortunately there is not much soundproofing. Too noisy for us light sleepers! And the lack of adequate towels and toiletries for a 5-night stay was disappointing. We had to make several calls and still did not get sufficient supplies delivered.

Great affordable Mag Mile Chicago location
Great affordable after Christmas stay right off of Michigan avenue. Big, clean, comfortable room with king bed. 2 minute walk to the Hancock building, 4 minutes to Gibson’s, 4 minutes to the water tower. Only down part was they didn’t clean our room or change our bath towels and we had to ask at the desk for clean ones.

Go somewhere else!
Hotel's staff are rude! Room without a minifridge. Parking is $51 a night. We had 2 rooms for 6 nights...not the minimum discount.
$600 for parking!
Houskeeping only makes the bed. No new toiletries or a detailed job.
Never again!!

The room is clean and cozy, but you can tell the furnitures are old but still functional. The major problem is noise, you can hear all the noise from the hallway, and every morning around 4am, there will be big noise from the garbage collection outside the hotel. Overall, it’s a good stay.
