Front desk lady was absolutely amazing! She was so busy with a lobby full of people and the phone ringing non stop and she handled it so professionally and was very helpful and friendly. Hotel was very clean. Didn’t even know when we booked but it had a shuttle to airport that we were able to add on for $15 a day and the shuttle was right on time and dropped off right at our terminal. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others

They accommodated our last minute stay wonderfully, the staff is great, specially the receptionist at the front desk who was very helpful. The shuttle to the airport was swift and quick to get there, but the breakfast could use some more options.

8/10 Very good

Super close to the airport. Bed and pillows were comfortable. A little loud with the road noise from the room I was in. Breakfast could have been a little better with some protein options.

4/10 Fair

It’s near O’Hare and has a restaurant attached which was fine. The hotel is dark and gloomy and not great.
Verified review

8/10 Very good

The staff were really kind and helpful. The shuttle to the airport was efficient. The property and the room itself was average. It's not very soundproof though.
Verified review

8/10 Very good

Very clean, nice restaurant & bar. Advertised swimming pool but didn't have. Others than that, very nice property.I would absolutely stay there again.

10/10 Exceptional

The hotel was clean, and though we were near a major road our room was quiet. The self serve breakfast was adequate. Our bed was very comfortable. The towels and sheets were sparkling white. Our only mild concern is that the hotel bathroom could use an update of some fixtures. Shower, & sink water flowed well and warmed quickly.

We stayed here for the convenience of it being close to OHare. Friendly check in person. They have a shuttle that goes from the hotel to airport and you can park your car in their parking lot for a fee while you are traveling. It’s a nice hotel.

Its clean staff is nice. The waiter in the restaurant is always really nice. Best part the shuttle is always on time and very frequent close to airport.
