The experience was amazing since my peers and I were attending the National Undergraduate Research Conference at UPenn and the hotel was very accommodating to our needs. Old property - dated, although undergoing a $65mil upgrade. Building systems are noisy. Room amenities didn’t include tea. Room phone didn’t work. Housekeeping brings more coffee, no tea. 2nd time brings earl gray and sweet orange decaf. So close to the Universities, one would think they would cater to an international guest.
