Out of the way, good shuttle. 12 minutesto airport
It was ok. I arrived late and had sent the hotel a message about 4 hours before, but they didn’t get it. I called for the shuttle but nobody answered. I took a taxi for 20 euros, arrived at the hotel a little after midnight, and the lobby was dark and door locked. I booked this hotel because it said open 24/7, knowing I was coming in on a late flight. I knocked a lot and someone woke up on the couch in the lobby and let me in. He didn't even know I had a booking, which as I said I booked 4 hrs before. He was nice and I was in my room quickly. Fast shuttle to airport in the morning. The room was large but chilly, it never really got warm in the short time I was there.

Stay was so so
We stayed here due coming off a cruise and had a very early flight the following morning.(0530) Shuttle service was super and very appreciated. Host and hostess kind. Room was bare minimum, and could not figure out how to turn on a/c for fan noise to cover up airport/airplane noise. We were unable to reach front desk as it is not manned and no one answered phone when we tried to call. A restaurant on beach offered shuttle service and that was very helpful as we did not have a car and about a 30 to 40 minute walk downhill to water front and restaurants. There was a VERY good bakery about 15 minute walk up from hotel on main road. Pro's were shuttle service, travel time to airport, friendly staff, clean. Con's were noisy, not well located for access to other amenities, hard to get help.And costly taxi/shuttle ride to get to from pier. .

It was clean but Needs a lot of repair. Not very customer friendly. One lady, Vickie, was a delight to talk to. She did not speak fluent english but we communicated. Neighborhood is very noisy. and quite a drive to local dining. They told us we could call this one place but when we couldn't call, he charged us 2Euros to call for us.

Dirty place with no essential hotel amenities. No hot water for shower; shower head does not work properly; no sufficient lighting in the room; dirty sheets, blanket and towels. A metal cover in bathroom wall is rusty and partially peeled off. Bedroom has no windows. Door lock does not work well. It was difficult to find any staff on site in the afternoon to ask any question. Motel 6 has much better service than this Peris Hotel.

100% recommended
All went very well including efficient transfer service from & to Athens airport. Only a few flaws in the double room: the water shut-off valve below the sink sprang a leak at 10:30 pm so we just turned the valve off and used the kitchenette sink thereafter. A/C unit was on the nosy side. Also, only 1 electrical outlet bedside and otherwise 2 outside the bathroom chest high (not much good for phones, etc.). TV although small had many channels from which to choose. Excellent hosts and most excellent breakfast with fresh orange juice, coffee, hard boiled egg, cheese slices and bread choices.

Peri's Hotel is comfortable place to stay. The owner, Theodore, is an old-world proprietor whose warmth and charm make for a very relaxing stay. The room was ample and provided the basic amenities. Breakfast is included in the price. But the best part (other than the low price) was that transportation from and to the airport was provided by Theodore himself. Additionally, Theodore directed us to a very nice restaurant which delivers you to and from Peri's Hotel. All in all, this is a 3.5 star hotel with a charm that brings it up to 4 stars.

Budget friendly place near airport. The staff are lovely, the shuttle to and from the airport was great and the breakfast was appreciated. The room we were in was spacious but dated, clean but with an unpleasant bleach smell. The area is safe but not pedestrian friendly, however it was easy to get to restaurants on the beach using the free restaurant shuttle service. I would spend a night here again as it is so reasonably priced and convenient for the airport.

Quietest Air Conditioner Ever , ive stayed in tons of hotels and this was the best AC unit. Quiet and cold , didnt wake me.up once. Hotel is in residential area so super quiet. The shuttle driver/check in agent/Owner Theodore was very nice and friendly , unlike the cats on the propery. Great service to an oceanside restaurant that was nicely priced and great views. Breakfast and airport transfers were included and breakfast was good but definitely different....hard boiled egg with cheese slices , greek yogurt, different types of bread and coffee tea or oj. Met people from Canada, US , and Europe there and would stay again and recommend.
