"Staying at the Oriundo was like staying in paradise. The villas are beautiful and the staff is super friendly and helpful. The concierges—Willy and Leidy, were always available and quick to respond to Whatsapp messages and the housekeeping team Fani and Cinthia took excellent care of us and our space. The massages were great, and we loved having bikes that we could use on the property. Highly recommend!"

"Hotel Sutuk is a lovely little boutique hotel located on the outskirts of Valladolid. The central courtyard is a lush garden of tropical plants surrounding a little pool, and the 8 rooms are large with very high ceilings. "The property is beautifully decorated. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to make vegetarian dishes for me. Couple of issues..the toilet bowl and brush covered with ants was left by our door, no coffee replacement for the next morning in our room. The pump for the water was constantly running. We advised the manager of these issues when we checked out. We considered the food was being just ok."

"My family and I had an amazing experience at this hotel near Chichén Itzá. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and respectful. "One of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed at! Very helpful front desk staff, loaded with information about the hotel's history. Incredibly extensive grounds, two lovely pools, great dining room. Plus, they arranged a private tour of Chichen Itza for me, which included transportation to the front gate, no-line tickets, and knowledgeable and friendly guide of the grounds. My room was spacious, with a nice balcony, and everything was delightful!"
