"We got a friendly greeting when we arrived and drinks brought to us on Reception. All staff are very friendly. The room was beautiful and very spacious. We had a junior suite and it was the best room I’ve ever stayed in. We were able to add room service and meals to our bill to pay by card when we checked out. There are ATM’s nearby if you want to get some cash. We gave tips at the end of our stay. It was helpful that the documentation from the hotel states that charges include a service charge...

"Excellent central location for exploring central Trincolomee. Well-managed and friendly, accommodating staff. Make sure to request a room with hot water and AC as not all rooms are the same. Of note, the hotel is currently in the process of adding another floor. Once completed, there will be some nice city views from the top floor rooms."
