"Too many high hidden fees for coming across as a Hotel. The director was very kind and polite. The 2 bedrooms villa was poorly designed. We learnt that the resort has been recently taken over by another owner. With did not have an unpleasant stay but I cannot accept fees that sum up to the cost of an extra night."

"The best part of this resort is the restaurant. Donato our waiter was awesome and friendly. He went above and beyond to please us. He made our meal that much better. The food is outstanding. Everything we ate was delicious. The room was okay but we did experience some mold in the bathroom. When we told the staff, he just shrugged it off like it was nothing. One of the restaurants was closed for good and the resort had limited events. We only stayed one night so it was okay. "

"Palazzo Circolone was beyond my expectations. They have recently added new rooms which aren't featured on website and we got one of them. It was actually two double rooms joined by a staircase. Beautifully converted with enormous high original vaulted ceilings and exposed stonework.
