area which looks great on the pictures, there is just nothing else.
The view is great, the location is great and the hotel is in great condition. Hence the reason for the 5-star but it sure is lacking something a little more.
Parking is a bit of a pain and loading/unloading should be better...

"We absolutely loved our stay at the Castle. The staff was fabulous, The young lady in the office was extremely helpful and made dinner reservations for us at one of the best dining experiencing we ever have at restaurante La Torre. "

"First time we stayed in this kind of accommofation.The place was easy to find with the instructions we received beforehand.the owners were very kind and helpfull. Breakfast was nicely made and served and you felt that the owners really cared about their customers.Perfect place to stay while visiting Cinque Terre, it is located only a few minutes walk to the Levanto train station."

"This property is gorgeous and the perfect place to unwind. My husband and I stayed in one of their tent rooms for the last part of our honeymoon. We used the shuttle service often, the pool was amazing. The tent rooms were so peaceful and lovely with lots of fans since no AC. but we didnt mind at all.
After our last day we checked out and realized we forgot our passports in the safe. The team there was SO HELPUL in making sure we could conveniently get them, we really appreciate their help!...

We booked this hotel without doing any prior research. After a slightly winding road up to the castle, a wonderfully cozy hotel revealed itself! We were greeted by friendly staff who told us a bit about the place and showed us to our room.
We chose to have the four-course dinner at the castle — very good food and charming surroundings!
We wanted to go for a swim, but unfortunately, they had just added chlorine to the pool when we were about to swim (a bit disappointing).
