"I’ve been staying at this hotel almost every year since it opened about 12 years ago. The service is excellent—from the staff handling the luggage, reception, housekeeping, and breakfast team to the amazing rooftop staff.

"A friend and I stayed at the Vanoro for only one night when flying into Thessaloniki. I wish had been longer!. Had a great stay in a truly wonderful 'boutique' hotel. I selected the Vanoro based on it's excellent location and reviews that I had read about it. The reviews were spot on. I particularly want to comment on the staff. "Central hotel recently renovated. Clean modern rooms with good amenities. Breakfast was also decent and included in the room price. Only minus was the wait at check in, each room took 5-10 minutes to check in, and there was a line, so I waited around 30mn"

"The property is well kept and the staff eager to help with a smile. The only unfortunate part of my stay was the slippery bathtub with two tape strips for friction. My arrival day I fell and injured my rib cage. The front desk had housekeeping come up right away to add one more strip to the bathtub. I do highly recommend bathtub mats to avoid such incidents for future guests. That was my only downside of my stay. Got a much needed massage the day after my fall at the

"They do not provide parking… (even though it says it on expedia they do)… confusing buildings, entrances are in different parts of the neighborhood… had to wander for a long time in the neighborhood until finding the right entrance for the particular building… also the key they gave did not work… which can get frustrating when you come from a long travel… needed to return to main facility to redo keys :( one silver lining is that the buildings are next to a gas station which had a charging...
