"The staff was very helpful. However, my room was appeared to be a ground floor office that had been converted to a hotel room. The windows were covered with the thick curtains which took up the majority of the room. There was barely any space between the bed and the windows. I had stayed there"

"This is our second stay at Galaico in 3 months and the second time was as good as the first. Lovely welcoming staff who are happy to help with anything, comfortable and warm rooms (probably a little too warm for me but we opened the window and turned off the heating and it was fine!) We haven’t eaten in the hotel so can’t comment on the food. The housekeeping staff are very welcoming and polite. I will definite stay here again - and will likely be returning at Easter. "
