Hotels in Biberwier

We drove from Salzburg to Switzerland via Reutte as a scenic route off the main motorways. The Hotel Moserhof at Breitenwang, near Reutte, was an unexpected highlight of our tour, from the minute we walked into this hotel it was everything we expected and more. It was clean, comfortable, with outstanding decor and character, and good dining at a reasonable price.

King bed was two king singles put together linen made up with beds separate with hard wooden edges in the middle. So mattress not butted up together. Ok if you wanted twin room. Views from windows of the mountains had paid extra for balcony views, it was side views of mountains. Had a meal in attached restaurant. Pleasant. Very luxurious. Town, shops, other restaurants and the train stations for the ski slopes are all within walking distance.

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The facility is located in a wonderful part of broader Innsbruck

I would be more than happy to recommend this hotel in Zirl, on the bus route if required. The bedrooms althought snug were very comfortable and ensuite etc. The decour is very traditional with carved wood and lead light windows etc, a theme carried through the hotel. The staff were very accommodating with some speaking better English than others, however if you attempted to speak the language the assistance cannot be faulted. Lovely bedding, amazing view of the castle, breakfast was really good, would stay again. Close to the train station. Helpful staff. Was able to leave luggage for the day.

Lovely hotel close to Neuschwanstein Castle and nearby lake. Service was excellent and half board was a great option to relax after a busy day site seeing. My teenage girls loved the pool too.

We had an amazing room with our own sauna, the room / apartment was spacious with lots of lounge space, couches and storage. We were on the top floor with amazing views overlooking the city lights and streets below, along with the alps/mountains across the horizon. The staff were very accommodating and while they didn’t speak much English they made every effort to attend to us. It gave us a good opportunity to practice using our translator apps.

What a beautiful mountain hotel. Spacious, clean and right in the heart of Mittenwald. Beautiful common lounge and bar area.
