were nice, staff was friendly and helpful. A great stay and a good value. Location is perfect. My only complaint is there were often no towels available when I went to sauna. It is uncomfortable to sit in a sauna in a woman's bathingsuit without a towel. I understand where some people take too many of the towels especially large ones. Maybe just more small towels for the sauna. "

Où il n’y a pas de réception et hôtel non accessible en voiture….. et le parking assez loin.Il faut aller dans un autre hôtel pour récupérer la clé de la chambre. Pareil pour le petit déjeuner. Donc vraiment pas pratique. Le personnel à la réception a été très aimable et nous a changé d’hôtel. Autrement séjour très agréable. "

"The hotel is beautiful and the staff were very nice !we enjoyed the spa and the room, but We had one problem in the room The AC wasn’t working and they sent us somebody to fix it but he couldn’t. When we ask for another room the lady said it was full and her solution to the AC problem was to open the window. We were very disappointed and couldn’t sleep because of the noise outside. Beautiful hotel but no AC."

One full bathroom; would be nice with additional 1/2 bath or another full bath for our 5-per party. Elevators on site, good for heavy luggage. Great breakfast buffet. Friendly staff. Great location with very nice views."
