When I left my passport and money behind in my room safe in error, the staff could not have been more helpful. Top marks. Might be, this is the best Hotel in Bregenz. We got a nice huge room with balcony. We made or own coffee and tea in addition to very god breakfast. Very convenient location in the middle of historic centre as well as close to lake, trains and everything. We will come here again.

Nothing to complain about this hotel but if I had to be picky a fridge in the room would be nice to keep a drink cold. Nice clean room, big TV screen with lots of channels , very comfortable bed, big free car park, good Wi-Fi and nice breakfast. The staff are very pleasant and helpful especially Julia and Dennis who were exceptional and my wife and I thank you for that as you made us feel very welcome. I would definitely stay here again.
