"Fang Fang was the most helpful person in the place and everyone was great, she stood out and was always so helpful making me maps, giving me tips and always making time to help me when my phone wasn't working. If you're traveling to Beijing this place is a great location easy walk to The Forbidden City. Just put a VPN on your phone cuz China blocks all normal American apps, email, messenger, and socials."

"I stayed for 5 nights and loved it. The room was beautiful, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The location is perfection for tourism with all the major sights nearby and a number of subway lines running near the hotel. The staff at check in and check out were very friendly and helpful and had a good level of English. I ordered room service one night and it came quickly and was super tasty. I would love to stay here again when I come back to China."

"I stayed 6 days here, over two occasions. Excellent hotel and staff. Located bang in the centre , great breakfasts and very safe neighbourhood. If you're from the West, download and install the Allipay app for foreigners which allows you to order Didi cabs via the app like uber, and to pay for things. NEAREST metro is 5 mins walk away called JINYU HUTONG. Have a great trip"
