Beautiful property and overall the staff were so amazing. The food was amazing and the view, beach and pool are perfect. The over water bungalows are definitely very special. We had a really bad experience at check in when we were told we had to have booked the domestic flights through the hotel and I had booked through the airline, I didn’t think this was clear from the outline in Expedia but it also shouldn’t have mattered, the check in manager Hoodhi was so rude and patronising so it wasn’t...
