I liked the quiet. I did not like

I booked this hotel as an affordable “airport” hotel. It didn’t work for that as it requires metro changes and metro supplements. However, the hotel represents good value in expensive Madrid. It’s clean, spacious, dry quiet and the wifi works well. It’s a good hotel if you want to stay in that area.

Good room and great internet access. The breakfast was basic but as it was included, was a good find. I would stay there again but if you need to be in the center of Madrid, this is not the one for you.

An excellent hotel with excellent staff. Very easy to get to the train for a 30 minute ride to the city centre. The perfect base to explore Madrid

The staff are very helpful. Very clean hotel. I always stay here when in Madrid on business. close to shops and cafes.

Good, but... Expedia description says cookware is provided and it wasn't - had to ask at reception before we were given a single frying pan to use, nothing else available. Note too that Livensa's main use is as student accomodation, not tourist/business users. That said, 5min walk to the metro, 10min walk to huge supermarket made it convenient for a short stay.

Convenient location close to the airport

Hotel was reasonable distance to Madrid but its main attraction is its close proximity to Madrid airport. Hotel room was clean, quiet and had all the mod conveniences one would expect from a hotel of this standard. The hotel restaurant was very good too.
