"Great hotel for our quick overnight stay outside of Madrid. "

"Rooms are tired, hairdryer was dirty and wasn’t working. The Concierge was rude to us when we checked in. They need to be nicer to their guests. "

"Room cleaned to perfection but overall interior is quite tired. Plenty of parking, good night' sleep, good value breakfast. Will stay again if will be around. "

"Staff is top notch . This hotel is my home in Madrid . I feel overly safe and trust me Fernando is the best staff I have ever dealt with . His patience and ability to help whenever he can . Close to super market and the designer out is a few minutes walk . "

"This is our second stay at Galaico in 3 months and the second time was as good as the first. Lovely welcoming staff who are happy to help with anything, comfortable and warm rooms (probably a little too warm for me but we opened the window and turned off the heating and it was fine!) We haven’t eaten in the hotel so can’t comment on the food. The housekeeping staff are very welcoming and polite. I will definite stay here again - and will likely be returning at Easter. "
