"They are very unorganized. They need better group for house keeping. The rooms are supposed to be ready by 2 pm we got there after 3 and they didn’t have our room ready. Well they did but the room had no linen, was dirty, smelled bad like cigarettes and had lots of garbage. I think with better front desk training and new housekeeping the place would be better. They tried. My brother in law got there around 6 or so and his room wasn’t ever ready. At one point due to people’s complaints we saw the...
