"Clean room"

"We won’t stay here again. There was a few good staff but most were ignorant and unfriendly. Took over 20 minutes to get hot water to our room. If we tried to enjoy the balcony all we heard was a whistle being blown for 12 hours a day. Furniture was worn and torn. Technology for streaming was non existent. Best advice, look elsewhere "

"Had no problems staying at this hotel. Rooms and beds were clean. Staff was helpful and the view of the Falls was great!"

"They’re under construction and renovations, had to be transferred from our room we paid for to another room which wasn’t as comfortable as what we had. They transferred us due to water maintenance. I love this hotel and have been a returning costumer for years, it is a very family oriented hotel. I just hope for future travellers the hotel will be done with their Reno’s and won’t have the problem we had. Also the keg is not in their hotel anymore it’s down the road. They have a new steak house in the hotel and it is very expensive just a heads up."

"I was upgraded to a suite upon arrival and the space was incredible! A large sitting area with tv and coffee table "

"When you book through Expedia, they will tell you that’s why you never got updates on slides being closed. Half of them were closed and my teenagers were not impressed. I didn’t know booking through Expedia’s would hinder us in any way while here. Also, thee bed was made messy and there are a lot of paint chips and bad grout. When you lay so much for things you would expect a bit more. Luckily we had a great customer service rep AFTER I called. That gave us one game of laser tag and an extra hour later check out"
